Nicholas Lanham, a St. Cloud Technical College Electrical Construction and Maintenance student, one of 16 students awarded a 2020 Housing First Minnesota (HFM) and the Housing First Minnesota Foundation scholarship to help further their education and career goals within the residential home building industry. These students are pursuing their way into our industry, and showing how bright and promising the future is for home construction.
An active member of his community, Lanham was an honor roll student at his high school and is part of the Honors Program and Presidents List in college.
“My goal is to create electrical systems that complement people, make their lives easier, and make their homes more functional.”
Lanham has been described by others as being self-motivated, passionate, and dedicated, Nicolas hopes to become a master electrician so he “will have an even greater impact on the housing industry in my area.”
